The package came fairly quickly. It was wrapped up in a bag fully intact and covered and protected in scotch. The pillow texture is very nice and soft. All the things that was said to be included, are included. Because the pillow was vacuumed sealed for a long time, the polyester got pretty squished over time. Rolling and squeezing did not helped to restore it, but that was not a problem. The pillow has a nice zipper, so I just separated the fluff myself and it became what it was showed on the pictures. I feel like if I gave in more effort it would of looked even better. Because the person who I've bought it for doesn't like his pillows too soft, I'm still going to buy more stuffing to fill it to the brim. But at this point I'm not regretting buying the soft version.
